The 'Ultimate Wedding Survival Guide' is our personal wedding planning checklist that covers every single detail, big or small, that goes into making your day unforgettable. From the timeline to vendor deadlines and design inspiration, it’s the roadmap that keeps us on track. Think of it as your go-to guide for turning chaos into confidence!

How is the planning process broken down?
We’ll start with securing vendors, finalizing your budget, and sending save-the-dates. From there, we dive into design and décor, room layouts, and invitations before focusing on fun details like your registry and wedding party plans. As the big day approaches, we tackle the nitty-gritty and finalize all the other details.

What is the payment schedule for wedding planning services?
Typically, we break up the total into 3 separate payments. The schedule for our Signature Package is as follows: 50% of the total cost is required before our first official meeting to kick off the planning process. The next 25% is due 5-6 months before your wedding, and the final balance is due one month before the big day.

How far in advance should I book your services?
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, as every wedding is unique. It’s common for couples to book our services about a year in advance, which gives us plenty of time to plan every detail without feeling rushed. That said, if you’re working with a shorter timeline, don’t worry—we’re here to accommodate and make magic happen, no matter the timing. Just keep in mind that the more time we have, the less stressful the process will feel for everyone!

Can you help with destination or out-of-town weddings?
Yes, we absolutely can! Whether your dream wedding is across the state or across the country, we’re here to make it happen. We offer virtual meetings to ensure easy communication no matter where you’re located; however, please note that prices may vary depending on the location and travel requirements.
